A booking form for individuals to send messages or request video calls.

Advocacy and support for D/deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

Your Responsibilities

By using GHH’s services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information in the booking form (e.g., first name, last name, and email address).

Use the services respectfully and lawfully.

Refrain from submitting abusive, harmful, or inappropriate content via the booking form.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must act on your behalf.

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking form does not guarantee a response or availability for a video call.

GHH will review your request and respond to confirm or deny the proposed date.

Requests are subject to staff availability and operational priorities.

Communication

By submitting your contact details through the booking form, you consent to GHH contacting you in relation to your inquiry or booking request.
